Statement: CTI is dedicated to maintaining your confidence
and trust. It is CTI's policy that personal information is
private and confidential. We collect such information for the
sole purpose of filling your present and future requests. CTI
will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. Upon
notification we will delete your personal information from our
files.
Prices are suggested
retail prices from the manufacturer, depending on customer
preferences and special set up/ installations substantial saving
can result, contact sales at 800-678-9890. Thank You
Return Policy:
Only if defective: shipping and handling charges will NOT be
credited to the customer and a 20% restocking fee will be
applied and adjusted on the credited return. Any and all
modification to this policy MUST be agreed upon by management in
writing prior to issuing the credit. No equipment returns. Mfg
warranty only.
Shipping Policy:
Note that UPS does NOT ship to APO, FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.
All shipping fees are calculated for ground shipping. Other
shipping methods are available, if you need special
accommodations please call us at 631-422-0531. However, this may
cause an adjustment in the shipping cost.
To receive orders
within a specified amount of business days you must place the
order before 3PM est. All orders placed after 3PM est will be
processed and shipped the following business day. We do not make
shipments on Holidays or Weekends. If orders are placed after
3PM est on Friday the earliest delivery possible would be
Tuesday Morning.
Shipping and Tax may
have to be added in accordance with the laws of the state where
the item is being shipped. If this is the case, we will contact
you before processing the order. A $5.00 handling charge will be
added to all purchases under $50.00.
